Power To Declare Industrial Village, Industrial Cluster, Industrial Zone, Special Economic Zone Or Industrial Corridor
(1) The Government of Nepal may, by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, and upon setting criteria, declare any part or place of the country with ample potentialities and opportunities for industrial development as an industrial village, industrial cluster, industrial zone, special economic zone or industrial corridor.
(2) The services, facilities and concessions to which other industries are entitled under this Act and the prevailing laws shall be provided to the industrial village, industrial cluster, industrial zone, special economic zone or industrial corridor declared under subsection (1).
